We cannot believe that we are already into 2024.  We know the beginning of the year can be financially challenging for many, so we would like to offer a discounted commission to any new client who schedules an event in January, February or March.  

The discounted rate is available for any estate sale scheduled on an available weekend date in January, February or March.  To lock in the 30% rate, your sale must be booked (scheduled on the calendar with a signed contract).  Our rates will return to 40% in April.
